By registering, you will be added to the database of job seekers and may be matched to positions with potential employers. Please begin by creating your online profile below and then click "Continue to the Next Section" and so forth.
Your Contact Information: The information that you provide below will only be shared with employers who have jobs that you match. This is not a normal resume database where employers can come in and browse through the names in the system. It is important that you provide correct contact information including email and phone so that employers who end up wanting to interview you for a job can contact you.
Create a Descriptive Overview: In the first phase of matching, the employers will be able to view your overview and tags, but not your contact information or resume. Because of this, it vital that you create a descriptive overview that will sell yourself to the employer, but do not include your contact information.
Tags are Vital to our Matching Process! On the upcoming pages you will be asked to create "tags" to help us know about you and about the specific job you are looking for. These tags are simply bits of information about you that will be attached to your profile. The more tags you have the better chance you have of matching job opportunities. When an employer comes to us and requests to see potential alumni, these tags will be used to match alumni to employers. If you do not use the tags to properly describe yourself and the jobs you are interested in, then you will not come up on searches to be matched to an employer!
